Louisville basement finish completed in April 2009. Basement included 1200 SF of finished space including large Rec. room with pool area and wet bar, bedroom, and full bath, as well as a finished storage room, and unfinished storage/mech. Kitchen remodel completed in August 2010.

Adam and his team did a wonderful job on our basement. I specifically appreciated how responsive Adam was to my emails and his flexibility in letting me take on some of the paint and tile work. In addition, he was able to stay very close to the original schedule. I would highly recommend Adam for anyone wishing to finish their basement.

Westminster basement finish completed in November 2009. 1800 sqft of finished space. Project included 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with tiled tub surrounds, stained alder doors and trim to match existing home, a large wet bar/kitchenette, custom built-in's throughout, including dramatic octagonal tray ceiling with stained crown molding and hidden rope light.

We actually had some friends come by the other day and they said "it's absolutely beautiful!". We use the space daily and when the kids friends' are over, they are always down there! The layout and the use of space is great and it gives us space for our guests. Adam is very friendly and very willing to make you happy. He is flexible with scheduling treats you like a friend.

Lafayette basement finish completed in March 2009. 1100 SF including a family room, bedroom and bath. The family room features a tray ceiling with crown molding, a wet bar, a built in media wall with recessed shelving and cabinets, an arched TV niche and fireplace.

We are very happy with the results of our basement finishing by Blue Sky Remodeling. Adam Rossi was great to work with and very patient with our many requests. He went out of his way to make sure that we were getting what we wanted and that we were satisfied with the final product. He was responsive and available and always very courteous. More than a year after completion, we have not had any unaddressed issues or required any touch-ups. The quality is excellent and we will definitely contact Adam for our next project.

Arvada Basement. 1230 square foot basement finish to include an open stair landing, with an open railing and newel that match the main level, opening into a bar and entertaining area, that features a conditioned wine storage room with stone entryway and glass door; also accessed from the landing area; a dedicated exercise room with large storage closet, and under-floor access, as well as a multi-functioning family room and play area, separated by a half wall with painted wood cap. A full bath is shared by both areas, accessed from a back hall, and is adjacent to a large unfinished storage room that contains the mechanical utilities and a dedicated freezer.

We were very satisfied with the work and progress on our basement. The work was finished on time and within the budget. Blue Sky made the overall process, from start to finish, very painless and we love the end product. We have and will continue to recommend Blue Sky.

I am 110% satisfied with the final results of my finished basement by Blue Sky Remodeling. Adam Rossi was very easy to work with and provided a detailed design and project plan that laid out the entire project start to finish. He was also very patient and flexible with several changes that I made throughout the process and made sure that the final result was perfect and what I wanted. The only change to the original budgeted number was due to my additions to the project. The project manager, Adam Krentz, was also great to work with. He kept me in the loop on all phases of the project and the scheduling of the various workers. If I had any questions or concerns, he was easily accessible and always answered very quickly. The various workers and sub-contractors were always respectful of my space and did an excellent job on all aspects of the project. I know that I could not be more pleased with the outcome of my basement and everyone who has seen it has been amazed by the space – especially the fireplace. As far as construction jobs I've had experience with or knowledge of, this one went pretty smoothly with a reasonable amount of hiccups working with subs, weather, and the building department. Denver basement finish. 1460 sqft of finished space that features alder galley bar with a custom radius front, specially bent alder trims, and soapstone countertops. Also includes 2 bedrooms, bath with custom tiled shower and european style doors, alder built-ins bookshelves, open railings, engineered wood floors and fully finished wood stairs.

We had an excellent experience with Blue Sky Remodeling and Adam Rossi. When we decided to finish our basement in 2009, we obtained multiple bids from both general contractors and individual trades for the work to be performed. We started with an idea of what we wanted to do in our basement (unfinished) regarding rooms needed, wall layout and finishes. However, we needed guidance on turning these plans into a reality with usable space. Adam was the only person who's bid who added significant value to our plan. He took our prelim plans and spent his own time drafting a new design based on our model with an eye toward aesthetics and construction realities. He subsequently revised these plans numerous times after several rounds of modifications. Through all of these revisions, he did not have a contract or receive any money (many of the other bids wanted to charge $1000 or more just for the plans). After multiple revisions, we arrived at a plan which we could all work from. Adam and I worked from the very beginning to get the basement we wanted within the budget we set. We are very pleased with the end product of our basement. Adam was responsive to our needs, budget and overall goals. He and all of his subs were respectful of our property and house and for the most part left the house clean at the end of each day. Adam was accessible by e-mail and phone to handle any issues that came up during the project. In the end, our basement finish included: demolition of several existing walls; 1 great room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 wet bar, built in wall cabinets. We would highly recommend Blue Sky Remodeling and Adam Rossi for remodeling projects.
