Blue Sky Remodeling is a locally owned residential remodeling company serving homeowners throughout the Denver metro area. Since 2006, we have completed hundreds of projects ranging from custom basement finishes and home additions to extensive whole-home renovations.
Over the past 20 years, our company has grown and evolved, but our approach has remained the same: plan carefully, communicate clearly, and build it right.
Today, we focus on what we do best - major home remodels, additions, and custom basement projects that transform existing homes into spaces that work better for the people who live in them.

Blue Sky was founded with a strong engineering and construction background, and that problem-solving mindset continues to influence how we approach every project.
We work closely with homeowners throughout design and preconstruction to develop a clear scope of work, evaluate costs, coordinate architecture and engineering when needed, and identify potential issues before construction begins.
Once work starts, our experienced project-management team coordinates our trade partners, inspections, schedules, selections, and day-to-day communication.
