They worked with us on the design, layout, and planning to make it our dream basement. We have been enjoying our new basement for a couple of months now thanks to Blue Sky. All of Blue Sky personnel, as well as the sub-contractors, did an excellent job with no problems. Communications flowed easily back and forth. Our project manager, Kyle, was so easy to work with and responded to our changes with patience and a sense of humor. At project end, we felt like we were saying good bye to a friend. We will always recommend Blue Sky without hesitation.

1765 square foot main floor remodel and 1600 square foot 2nd floor remodel.. Included remodeling the kitchen and 4.5 bathrooms, installing new hardwoods, tile and carpet throughout, new plumbing fixtures, modifications to the existing HVAC system, new electrical service and lighting plan, new trim, doors and closet shelving, new cabinetry for mudroom, drywall patches and new drywall in new areas, paint throughout. Wainscoting in the dining room, and all new trims follow a craftsman style. The stairs were modified for better flow.

After interviewing more than a dozen contractors, we finally found Blue Sky. Adam's strong work ethic and attention to detail earned our trust during the initial proposal phase. He works with only the most reliable and professional sub-contractors. We are very pleased with the final results! Adam and his crew worked hard to ensure our satisfaction with each aspect of this large remodel. We feel that the quality of the work and the competitive pricing cannot be beat. We are grateful for the constant communication: our phone calls were always answered and our emails received prompt replies. Adam, We are happy with the final project! As far as construction jobs I've had experience with or knowledge of, this one went pretty smoothly with a reasonable amount of hiccups working with subs, weather, and the building department. Boulder basement finish completed in February 2008. 800 SF of finished space with including a bedroom, bath, and rec room. Everything was finished to match the rest of the home and was further tied to the main level with an open stair rail.
